Logistics and Finances for Therapy in NC

Format & Cost

  • Individual Sessions: $133 per session.

  • Availability: Offered Sunday through Tuesday, with evening sessions available after 5:00 PM.

  • Location: Virtually across North Carolina, or in-person at my office in Asheville.

Insurance & Accessibility

  • Insurance Paneling: I am paneled with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).

  • Sliding Scale Spaces: I believe we should all be able to access therapy. I reserve dedicated low-cost, sliding-scale spaces within my practice. If I have these spots available, I don’t require you to show me your finances or provide reasoning. I trust that you pay what you can and that you honor my time.
