Logistics and Finances

Format & Cost

  • Individual Sessions: $122 per 50-minute session.

  • Availability: Offered Sunday through Tuesday, with evening sessions available after 5:00 PM.

  • Location: Securely online across North Carolina, or in-person at my office in Asheville.

Insurance & Accessibility

  • Insurance Paneling: I am paneled with Aetna and currently in the process of paneling with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).

  • Pre-Paneling Rate: While my official insurance paneling is finalizing with BCBS, I am offering a significantly reduced $60 out-of-pocket rate for clients who hold this plan.

  • Sliding Scale Spaces: I believe we should all be able to access therapy. I reserve dedicated low-cost, sliding-scale spaces within my practice. If I have these spots available, the range is between $60-$122. I don’t require you to show me your finances or provide reasoning. I trust that you pay what you can and that you honor my time. Please reach out directly if you need a sliding scale option.
