Depth-oriented Therapy
Who am I? What do I love? What do I want to do with my small and precious life? Knowing I will die, how do I live?
Living a Purpose Filled Life
Maybe things look fine from the outside but something in you feels restless, or numb, or quietly out of alignment, and you can't point to a reason why. Or maybe there's a pull toward something you can't yet name, a sense that you're meant for more than the life you're currently living. Some of the most important shifts come as a quiet ache, a crossroads, a sense that something in you is asking to be lived differently. This work is for those:
Answering a Call
There's something in you asking to be lived, and you don't yet know its name. Maybe you've felt it for years and pushed it aside for a life that made more sense.
Connecting with Lineages
You notice patterns you’ve inherited rather than chosen. You're ready to understand what's actually yours to carry, unburden what isn't, and bring forward gifts passed down to you for this particular moment.
Deepening Intuition
You want to trust and follow your own gut, your own dreams, your own sense of what's true. You want to find your way back to that voice, and to the gifts that live beneath ordinary awareness.
The Approaches
Sometimes the answers you're looking for don't come from more thinking. They come from your body, your dreams, or a walk outside where the noise finally quiets enough for you to hear yourself. That's why this work isn't only talk therapy. We may work with dreams that are trying to tell you something your waking mind hasn't caught up to yet, or turn to the natural world as a mirror for what's stirring in you. This work is less about arriving at fixed answers and more about being in relationship with the symbolic, the liminal, and the mysterious.

Eco-therapy sees humans as part of Earth, in relationship with all other beings, from rock beds to rivers, tall trees to galaxies. Our psyche is not separate from the environment, and the nature outside our bodies mirrors our internal landscape. This is more than feeling good after time at the river or in the garden. It's an approach that offers bone-deep reminders of our belonging and connectedness to a wild, interconnected world, something our most ancient animal selves already remember. These practices can help re-enchant us, reclaim our sense of belonging, and support healing. Sessions with me don't need to happen outside, much of the impact comes from what you carry into your life between sessions.

Depth psychology is the study of the unconscious. Part of the unconscious includes the soul. I see the soul as a calling from the universe, a gift we each hold, a commitment to the holy and sacred. It is woven into myth and stories, poems and songs, encounters and synchronicities. To connect to soul in our work, we might work with your dreams and guided imagery.

Dreams are communications from the psyche, offering medicine that can support ease, connection, and healing. My approach guides you back into the images, sensations, and knowings of the dream so it can offer its full meaning, with invitations to bring what you find into waking life through journaling, embodiment, or outdoor practice.
